Adam Aircraft Announces Chris Naro as Chief Financial Officer

Englewood, CO, June 29, 2006—— Adam Aircraft today announced the
appointment of Chris Naro as Chief Financial Officer. He will report to Adam
Aircraft Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Rick Adam, and will be
responsible for all finance and accounting functions. Among his many duties
as CFO, his responsibilities will focus on raising capital, financial
planning, working closely with the Chief Operating Officer on ramping
aircraft production, and managing continuous improvement programs geared
toward improving production and cost efficiencies. In addition, Mr. Naro
will be a key member of the Executive Team that will prioritize future
markets and product development initiatives for Adam Aircraft.
Prior to joining Adam Aircraft, Naro served in senior finance and
business roles over a 22-year career. Significantly, he was the Vice
President of Finance and Strategic Analysis for the $10 billion Aerospace
Business Unit of Honeywell International. At Honeywell he was responsible
for the overall financial performance of the Aerospace Business where his
activities involved the implementation of manufacturing productivity and
efficiency programs, M&A, financial and strategic planning, as well as the
post-merger integration of the aerospace businesses of AlliedSignal and
Honeywell. Mr. Naro has also served as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. and
has extensive international experience, including several European and Asian
assignments. Other significant manufacturing-related positions include his
most recent post at StorageTek in Louisville, Colorado, where he served as
the Chief Financial Officer of its largest business unit. Naro holds a BChE
in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware and an MBA in
finance from The Wharton School of Business at the University of
Pennsylvania.
